1.  Breakdowns are always inconvenient and can be expensive.
     Regular safety & performance inspections are the best way to prevent breakdowns.
2.  Slow down the gas meter.  Maintained furnaces burn gas more efficiently, which cuts your utility expenses.
3.  Any mechanical system lasts longer with good maintenance.  Your comfort system is a mechanical system.  Service it to extend equipment life.

4.  Repairs for the next calendar year are reduced by a 15% discount by being a member of our Value Service Plan.  No other discounts will apply.

 

 

We perform a check on these 3 areas:

  • Mechanical System: A complete inspection service of all moving and electrical components. in your system

  • Safety System: This is a complete inspection service of all safeties in your system such as combustion, ignition, venting , andas well as power protection components in your system.

  • Performance System:  This is a service that will test the overall efficiency of your system.  Included in this service we will test the refrigerant system (for heat pumps in the winter), the air flow system, and the combustion system for maximum performance.

 

 

How much does it cost and how long does it take for the service?

The service costs $69.95 every 6 months or $139.00 every 12 months and takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete per system.  Prices are current as of August 1, 2014, and are subject to change without notice.
